产品简介
HASKEL气体增压泵,利用两端面积比不同,通过力平衡原理,压缩空气驱动大面积端活塞,小面积端得到高压气体输出。
被增压气体与驱动气体完全分开,互不相混,既适用于适用于压缩空气、氮气、氦气、氩气、二氧化碳等惰性气体,也适合氧气、氢气、甲烷、天然气等可燃气体增压
产品特点:
1、到达预定压力后即自动停机,不再消耗多余的能量和产生热量
2、不产生热量,不会有火花和火焰危险,安全防爆
3、线性输出,易于实现人工或自动控制-通过控制驱动气压或入口气体压力可以精确调节输出压力
4、达2690bar(269MPa)的最高输出压力,满足大多数高压需要
5、可以连续起停,不受限制,并无不良影响
6、气动活塞环及其他气动部件在工作状态时不需要添加润滑油,从而节省运行成本,并可防止油气污染环境
7、轻便可靠,易于维护,坚固耐用
8、以压缩空气为动力源,不需使用电源
